4. Purchases and Payments

Pricing: All prices for our Products are listed on spinbot.gg and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Services: Some Products may require recurring payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these subscriptions until you cancel them through your account settings on spinbot.gg.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws.

11. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We may update these ToS at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via spinbot.gg or email. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
